What a Camp day look like with RH team
Check-in and introductions
- Campers check in and introduce themselves to the staff
- Staff introduce themselves and explain safety rules and expectations
Warm-ups
- Campers participate in a dynamic warm-up
Drills
- Campers participate in rotational drills for different positions, such as infield, outfield, catcher, and pitcher
- Campers may also participate in drills to improve their speed, agility, flexibility, and endurance
